Android has many tools to clear caches and app data but many don't clear specific dirs with cache files and files you may want to move to other media.
E.g.
<Internal Memory>/Android/data/com.miui.gallery/... (Xiaomi only, includes deleted media, thumbnails, etc.)
Telegram, WhatsApp > disable auto downloading media
